The outbreak of a new coronavirus, the SARS-CoV-2, has led to a pandemic and a public health emergency that will definitely change our history.

The Johnson & Johnson Institute continues to support the Healthcare community during these times of disruption and disorganization that pose extensive challenges, and in which the value of leadership is more significant and critical than ever.

Accordingly ,on April 16 and 17, the Johnson & Johnson Institute in collaboration with AIS Channel will broadcast an online congress divided into 2 parts, focusing on the crucial need for leadership. This event will connect leaders from different organizations, such as surgical societies, hospitals, universities, and scientific journals.
