SAOA 2024 Member Registration

SAOA Members will require your SAOA membership number to register.  Please contact the SAOA office if you are uncertain of your membership status or category. Membership@saoa.org.za.

SAOA Membership payment for 2024 is required in advance to enable you to register for the SAOA 2024 Congress. Membership categories  and status will be verified when registering.

Please remember late & on-site registration after Thursday 22 August will be charged at an additional R575 per person, including VAT. The Late & On-site registration for daily attendance will be charged at an additional R250.00 p/p incl VAT.

Allied Health must provide proof of status before picking up your badge on-site. Those unable to provide proof of status will be asked to pay the full registration price.

• To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration by Friday, 2 August 2024
• Written requests for registration refunds must be on or before Friday, 2 August 2024
• All congress cancellations received by Friday, 2 August 2024 will receive a full refund less an R575.00 administration fee.
• No refunds will be made after Friday, 2 August 2024.
• Refunds will be processed after Congress.
• Refunds by bank transfers may incur processing fees from your bank over which we have no control. No refunds are given for no-shows at the South African Orthopaedic Congress.
• Full terms and conditions will be available for review on the online registration portal during your online registration.
