Please remember late & on-site registration after 31 August will be charged at an additional R575 per person, including VAT. The Late & On-site registration for daily attendance will be charged at an additional R250.00 p/p incl VAT.
Allied Health must provide proof of status before picking up your badge on-site. Those unable to provide proof of status will be asked to pay the full registration price.
If you are an Interenational invited SAOA speaker, you will be emailed a specific registration link with your registration details. If you have not received this email, please contact: tracey@icesolution.co.za
- To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration by Friday, 11 August 2023
- Written requests for registration refunds must be on or before Friday, 11 August 2023.
- All congress cancellations received by Friday 11 August 2023 will receive a full refund less an R575.00 administration fee.
- No refunds will be made after Friday, 11 August 2023.
- Refunds will be processed after Congress.
- Refunds can only be made via the original payment method.
- Refunds by bank transfers may incur processing fees from your bank over which we have no control. No refunds are given for no-shows at the South African Orthopaedic Congress.
- Full terms and conditions will be available for review on the online registration portal during your online registration.
