REGISTRATION IS INCLUSIVE OF:

  • Admission to scientific talks
  • Access to the trade/exhibition hall
  • Catering during coffee breaks and lunchs on the days for which you are registered
  • Access to the E-poster area
  • Admission to the Networking function onsite on Monday, 26 August, from 17:00 – 19:00. Please indicate your planned  attendance during the registration process.

REGISTRATION IS EXCLUSIVE OF:

  • Transport / travel / flights and accommodation
  • Please book and pay directly with your preferred supplier and view the congress page for accommodation options
  • VAT will be shown and added to the final invoice and total during the registration

Please remember late & on-site registration after Thursday 22 August will be charged at an additional R575 per person, including VAT. The Late & On-site registration for daily attendance will be charged at an additional R250.00 p/p incl VAT.

Allied Health must provide proof of status before picking up your badge on-site. Those unable to provide proof of status will be asked to pay the full registration price.

  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration by Friday, 2 August 2024
  • Written requests for registration refunds must be on or before Friday, 2 August 2024
  • All congress cancellations received by Friday, 2 August 2024 will receive a full refund less an R575.00 administration fee.
  • No refunds will be made after Friday, 2 August 2024.
  • Refunds will be processed after Congress.
  • Refunds by bank transfers may incur processing fees from your bank over which we have no control. No refunds are given for no-shows at the South African Orthopaedic Congress.
  • Full terms and conditions will be available for review on the online registration portal during your online registration.
