SAOA 2026 Registration rates

SAOA members. Please have your membership number ready to register. 

Physiotherapists/Researchers/Nurses, Practising Orthopaedic Surgeons – non SAOA members. 

REGISTRATION IS INCLUSIVE OF:

• Admission to scientific talks
• Access to the trade/exhibition hall/sponsors and trade workshops
• Catering during coffee breaks and lunches on the days for which you are registered
• Access to the E-poster area
• Admission to the Networking function on-site on Monday, 31 August, from 17:00 – 19:00. Please indicate your planned  attendance during the registration process.

REGISTRATION IS EXCLUSIVE OF:

• Transport / travel / flights and accommodation.
• Please book and pay directly with your preferred supplier and view the congress page for accommodation options.

Please remember late & on-site registration for full attendance after Thursday, 27 August will be charged at an additional R575.00 including VAT. The late & on-site registration for daily attendance will be charged at an additional R250.00 including VAT.

Professional Allied to Health must provide proof of status before picking up your badge on-site. Those unable to provide proof of status will be asked to pay the full registration price.
• To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration by Friday, 14 August 2026
• Written requests for registration refunds must be on or before Friday, 14 August 2026
• All congress cancellations received by Friday, 14 August 2026 will receive a full refund less an R575.00 administration fee
• No refunds will be made after Friday, 14 August 2026
• Refunds will be processed after Congress
• Refunds by bank transfers may incur processing fees from your bank over which we have no control. No refunds are given for no-shows at the South African Orthopaedic Congress
• Full terms and conditions will be available for review on the online registration portal during your online registration
