SAOA 2024 WORKSHOPS

• The cost is R 25 000.00 ex VAT per one hour workshop slot and is inclusive of the following:
  • Standard audio-visual equipment. Any additional requirements will be charged for accordingly.
  • The opportunity for you to place a printed advert for your workshop in the congress bags
  • The name of your workshop and speaker mentioned on the printed programme overview
• Bookings for the workshop slots will be taken on a first-come first-serve basis and are subject to committee approval.

SAOA 2024 Delegate Sponsorship

The Delegate Sponsorship Request Registration category is for companies who wish to sponsor one or more delegates to attend the SAOA 2024 Congress. Please complete the below information by clicking on the Delegate Sponsorship Request on the button below.

The delegate type and category will be verified by the SAOA office and the invoice for the delegate registration will be issued once the membership status has been verified. The sponsored delegate or sponsoring company will then receive a registration form to complete necessary detailed registration data once the payment for the invoice has been processed. Sponsoring companies can choose to register one or more delegates please upload an excel or word document including the names and surnames proposed sponsored delegates and please indicate the duration. Thank you for your support. Companies will be ask to submit their Invoice details, VAT number and PO number if applicable. Companies can pay via EFT or Credit card once the membership categories and status are verified.
